Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri provides for the aforementioned refund and cancellation policy for all services rendered, courses and e-books provided and any other modalities of healing so offered. We do not provide for any physical offerings or provide any physical or material books, certificates, etc. except for those that are specified otherwise.
- Once a service or any course is booked for on the website, a minimum of 48-72 hours waiting time is expected for confirmation details. Please note that your healing/ tarot reading/ horoscope analysis/ other energy work will be rendered within 3-5 working days after the completion of the waiting period except herein provided. Any urgent readings will be taken up by The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri on the basis of her availability at extra charges and the The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri is the final and sole authority to determine the same.
- If you choose to take the service of horoscope reading and analysis, the estimated time for delivery of such readings and analysis and pdf recording will be shared with you upon a mutually agreed upon timeline according to the availability of The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri.
- Once you have booked from the range of services we provide, please share a screenshot of the booking details and payment screenshot on the number provided at the “Contact us” section or +91 9913015292 to prevent any confusion and effective communication.
- To book any service with us, please note that payment has to be done in full. In the event that you cannot pay the required amount in full, a part payment of 50% is expected to confirm your booking with us. If you fail to pay the same, your booking will stand cancelled.
- The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri also provides for installment/ EMI options only under certain circumstances for people who are in need of the same and The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri has full and final say with regards to instalments, payment dates and any other related detail. If you are availing the option to pay in installments after discussion with us via Whatsapp/ Telephonic conversation, you consent to pay the amount within the stipulated time. In the event of failure to pay, The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against you in the court of competent jurisdiction surat along with compensation and legal fees so incurred.
- There is a strict no cancellation, no refund policy. Once booked, the service/s you signed up for will be provided upon full payment. A service booked with part payment cannot be cancelled and refunded. If you choose
to cancel the booking, the part payment will not be refunded. - However, if you are not available to take the service, an alternate is provided for you in the form of rescheduling or choosing another service in its place (for the complete amount payment). A service can be rescheduled with 24-48 hours prior notice. If you fail to appear or take the service even after that, it shall be treated as a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
- The Seekier by Akkshitta Pachauri solely reserves the right to change the above policy without any prior information. However, a change in the policy will be updated on the social media handle.
